Overview
The Journal of East European Management Studies (JEEMS) is a peer-reviewed open access journal, aims to examine, explore and explain managerial behavior and practices within various societies. JEEMS welcomes contributions from scholars around the world, publishing articles grounded in social science that involve general areas within Organization and Management Studies. These areas include Strategic Management, the Management of Change, Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, International and Cross-Cultural Management and Business Ethics.
JEEMS welcomes papers that report the results of scientifically based empirical research and theoretical contributions on recent developments in these areas, as well as research notes discussing current research questions, book reviews, and reports on conferences and institutional developments related to management issues. The journal encourages work from all methodological positions.

2025 IMR Press started to publish Journal of East European Management Studies (from Volume 30 Issue 1) which will continue to be available as open access under the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) license.
