Aims & Scope

Journal of East European Management Studies (JEEMS) aims to explore and analyze managerial behavior and management practices across different societies. Special attention is given to contributions about and from emerging economy countries in Central and Eastern Europe and Asia. We welcome contributions from social science research related (but not limited) to general areas within Organization and Management Studies. These include Strategic Management, Change Management, Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, International and Cross-Cultural Management, and Business Ethics.
