Abstract
The evolution of knowledge concerning the precocious diagnosis of pregnancy. The Author makes an historical analysis of the evolution of knowledge concerning the precocious diagnosis of pregnancy to the present day radio immunological and ultrasonic methods which, in part, reflect the evolution undergone by the discipline of obstetrics itself.
