- Eddie Yin Kwee Ng, PhD ()
Assoc. Prof. Ng Yin Kwee joined IMR Press as Executive Editor in January 2022. He obtained a B.Eng (CL I) from Uni. of Newcastle upon Tyne; Ph.D at Cambridge Univ. with a Cambridge Commonwealth Scholarship; PG Diploma in Teaching Higher Edu., NIE-NTU.
He is elected as Academician for European Academy of Sciences (EUAS, Greece); Fellow of American Institute of Medical and Biological Engineering (FAIMBE, USA); Academician for European Academy of Sciences and Arts (EASA, EU); Life Fellow of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (FASME, USA); Fellow for the National Academy of Technology (FNAT, USA); Fellow of Institute of Engineering and Technology (FIET, United Kingdom); Fellow of International Engineering and Technology Institute (FIETI, Hong Kong), Distinguished Fellow for Institute of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, (DFIDSAI, China), and Academician for Academy of Pedagogy and Learning, (USA).
He has published numerous papers in SCI-IF int. journal (430); int. conf. proceedings (130), textbook chapters (>105) and others (32) over the 29 years. Co-edited 14 books in STEM areas. He is well-established in areas of research related to Biomedical engineering and Infrared physics & technology (with its application to clinical diagnosis of health abnormalities). The breadth of his activities includes AI in healthcare and infrared imaging. He is in the Stanford list of the World’s top 2% Scientists since 2019 (ranked 83 out of 64,425 as 0.001% in the field of Biomedical Engineering). His scores in researchgate.net is higher than 98% of all ResearchGate members’ scores (44.85 & h-index: 55). He is also ranked # 6 (Worldwide) in Google Scholar under Biomedical, more than 18,100 (h-index: 69) with notable citations in BME-IRTP research.
He is the Investigator & Awardee (2021) of HealthTEC Seed Grant from Singapore Health Technologies Consortium (NUS) and Principal Investigator & Awardee (2021) of International Healthy Longevity Catalyst Global Innovator by U.S. National Academy of Medicine, J&J and NRF. He is also an academic advisor to an open fund young individual researcher grants to Singapore NMRC grant. Eddie received 2022 Alumni Highly Commended Award from the VC of Newcastle upon Tyne University, UK for his contributions to the society and achievements as academia.
- Xueji Zhang, PhD ()
Prof. Dr. Xueji Zhang has served as the Associate Editor of Frontiers in Bioscience-Landmark since 1996. Beginning in 2009, he served as the Associate Editor of Frontiers in Bioscience (Scholar, Elite). He joined IMR Press as the publishing director in January 2021. He obtained his Ph.D. from Wuhan University in 1994. His postdoctoral work from 1995-1999 was completed at the National Institute of Chemistry in Slovenia, the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich, and the New Mexico State University, Last Cruces, USA. He is vice president of Shenzhen University and a Professor in the School of Biomedical Engineering, Shenzhen University, P.R. China. Prof. Zhang serves as Chief Editor of the American Journal of Biomedical Sciences and has been an Editorial Board Member of 24 international journals. He has authored over 500 papers, 8 books and 130 patents and developed numerous sensors and instruments for commercialization.

Pioneer in academic medical journalology and publication by founding the first and unique Master of Science Program in medical publishing and journalology. Unique achievement by presenting more than 750 workshops on various aspects of medical jounalology, scientific writing, medical publishing, and publication ethics at national and international levels.

Ms. Kate Liu joined IMR as the Section Managing Editor of Frontiers in Bioscience-Landmark in March 2021. She holds a Master degree in Environmental Engineering from Zhejiang University, P.R. China. She served as the Managing Editor of Journal of Personalized Medicine in 2019 and Journal of Clinical Medicine in 2020.
- Vijay K. Sharma, MD ()
Dr. Vijay K Sharma is Associate Professor at National University of Singapore, Singapore and Senior Consultant Neurologist at National University Hospital, Singapore. He is the current recipient of the prestigious Senior Clinician Scientist Award from National Medical Research Council, Ministry of Health, Singapore. He has published more than 370 peer reviewed papers in reputed scientific journals including New England Journal of Medicine, The Lancet, Lancet Neurology, Annals of Neurology, Circulation, Neurology and Stroke etc. He has published 2 books and co-authored 43 book chapters. He is member of Stroke Guidelines Committee at World Stroke Organization and Co-Chair of WSO oversight committee for International Journal of Stroke. He serves as Associate Editor for Frontiers in Neurology, BMC Neurology and British Journal of Medicine and Medical Research. He serves on the editorial boards of many scientific journals including Stroke, Journal of Neuroimaging, Journal of Stroke etc. His research interests include acute stroke thrombolysis, intracranial stenosis and advanced applications of cerebrovascular ultrasonography in cerebrovascular ischemia.
- Victor Sereruany, MD, PhD ()
Dr. Victor Serebruany is working at Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, USA from 1991. First in Department of Pediatrics, then Pathology, Cardiology, and currently Neurology. He is an owner of HeartDrug Research LLC, the company heavily involved in platelet research for vascular indications. Victor is also a consultant to the FDA, and works closely with FBI and Department of Justice to combat fraud in clinical trials. He and his group have published over 350 peer-reviewed scientific articles in cardiovascular medicine, pharmacology and stroke, focusing on role of platelet activity and regulatory controversies of antiplatelet drugs. Dr. Victor Sereruany has received multiple prizes and over 70 institutional grants for experimental and clinical studies in vascular medicine.
