Dear Colleagues,
Cognitive decline is an increasing global concern. It affects not solely the quality of life of the patient, but also of the patient’s family and care-providers. The purpose of this issue is to elucidate the challenging aspects of this devastating relentless progressive disease from multiple different angles. Basic research associated with clinical data are needed to confront this disease, with the ultimate hope of a curative treatment.
