Aims & Scope

Journal of East European Management Studies (JEEMS) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal dedicated to advancing research in the field of organization and management studies. The journal aims to explore and analyze managerial behavior and management practices across societies. JEEMS welcome contributions from the social sciences related—though not limited—to strategic management, change management, human resources management, industrial relations, international and cross-cultural management, and business ethics.

JEEMS serves a broad international community concerned with the study and practice of management in transitional, emerging, and developed economies. The journal publishes empirical and theoretical articles on recent developments within its scope and research notes that address current managerial research questions.
