Prof. Dr. Mehmet Ozaslan is working as a Professor in the Department of Biology, Division of Molecular Biology and Genetics, Gaziantep University, Gaziantep, Turkiye. He completed his Ph.D. in 1995 from the University of Cukurova in virology. His main areas of interest include Cancer Genetics, Molecular Virology, Pharmacognosy, Molecular Genetics, Microbiology, and Genetic mutations. He has published more than 200 research articles in National and International, well-reputed journals. He is the president of international conferences, some of them indexed by Scopus.
