Starting from Volume 76 Issue 1 (2025), Journal of Food Safety and Food Quality-Archiv für Lebensmittelhygiene will be published by IMR Press.

Effective 1 January 2025, authors can make a new submission through the Propub system (https://imr.propub.com/access/login). Previously accepted manuscripts and newly accepted manuscripts after peer review will appear in Volume 76 Issue 1 (2025) and the following as customary.

This change of publisher will not affect the journal's title, ISSN, or publishing format. There will also be no significant changes in the journal's scope and editorial policies. Dr. Corinna Kehrenberg will maintain her role as Editor-in-Chief, ensuring that the content remains professional and authoritative.
