Special Issue Information
Dear Colleagues,
Women have made significant, outstanding and valuable contributions to the advancement of science throughout history, although their works have not always been recognized. We believe that the entire scientific community should work together to eradicate gender disparities in science, and it is in this vein that the special issue, "Women in Integrative Neuroscience," is being launched by Journal of Integrative Neuroscience.
This platform will encourage women and men to work together to fight inequalities faced by women in science, and will assemble a collection of powerful papers providing an overview of this important research topic focused on neuroscience and neurological disorders, new therapies and diagnostic tools.
Topics welcomed include, but are not restricted to:
• Experimental Neuroscience
• Theoretical and computational neuroscience
• Clinical neuroscience
• Molecular and cellular neuroscience
• Neural engineering
• Neuroimaging
• Environmental neuroscience
• Nutritional neuroscience
• Educational neuroscience
• Behavioral neuroscience
• Cognitive neuroscience
We cordially invite excellent female neuroscientists throughout the world to contribute to this Special Issue. Research that was inspired or sparked by women will also be welcomed.
