Aims & Scope
Digest Journal of Nanomaterials and Biostructures (DJNB) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal that publishes fundamental and applied research with nanomaterials as its core focus. The journal covers a wide range of topics related to nanoscale materials, including their composition, structure, preparation, characterization, properties, functional regulation, and applications in physics, chemistry, biology, medicine, healthcare, and energy-related fields. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to, nanoparticles, nanofilms, nanocomposite materials, nanostructured surfaces, functional nanomaterials, and nanoscale materials informatics.
The journal also covers research on biostructures closely related to nanomaterials, including representative nanoscale structural features in biological systems, as well as the roles of these structures in nanomaterial design, fabrication approaches, structural regulation, and the understanding of material properties.
The article types accepted by DJNB include Original Research articles, Reviews, Systematic Reviews, Editorials, and Commentaries. The journal provides a platform for exchange among teachers, scientists, and engineering and technical staff in the fields of materials science, nanoscience, biomaterials, chemistry, physics, engineering, and related interdisciplinary fields.
