Professor Hong Luo Joins Behavioral Psychology / Psicología Conductual (BP) as Co-Editor-in-Chief
We are pleased to announce that Professor Hong Luo has joined Behavioral Psychology / Psicología Conductual – BP (ISSN: 1132-9483) as the new Co-Editor-in-Chief, working alongside Professor Vicente E. Caballo to lead the journal.

Professor Hong Luo is a clinical psychologist and psychiatrist at Hangzhou Seventh People’s Hospital and a faculty member at Zhejiang University School of Medicine. He serves as the Director of both the Youth Mental Health Center and the Center for Humanistic Psychiatry, where he leads multidisciplinary initiatives that advance youth behavioral health and innovative clinical practice.
Professor Luo is the founder of the Seven-Time Model, a life-rhythm–based behavioral framework integrating neuroscience, psychiatry, and culturally informed psychotherapy. His research spans emotional and behavioral disorders, sleep and circadian health, school mental-health ecosystems, and AI-assisted solution-focused therapy. He has played a pivotal role in developing large-scale community and school mental-health programs, as well as WHO-aligned early-intervention pathways.
Bridging behavioral psychology, digital mental-health innovation, and implementation science, Professor Luo’s work contributes substantially to evidence-based interventions and translational practice. His leadership and vision will bring new momentum to BP’s mission of advancing high-quality research in behavioral psychology across diverse cultural and clinical contexts.
