Conservative Surgery in Obstetrics and Gynecology (Beyond Removal of the Uterus and Ovaries)

Dear Colleagues, 

Although benign in nature, elimination of the uterus and ovaries is unfortunately regarded as the final surgical treatment for most gynecological diseases. However, for women who want to preserve fertility and hope to become pregnant, demands for a more conservative approach are being explored. For this Special Issue, we aim to publish your clinical experience and research in achieving good outcomes for the preservation of fertility in the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

The Article Processing Charge (APC) in this open access journal is 1500 USD. Submitted manuscripts should be well formatted in good English.
