Abstract

A case of Buruli ulcer with primitive breast localisation with evident epidemiological and clinical aspects is reported. This localization is exceptional; the differential diagnosis with breast cancer is essential. If diagnosed early, it can be cured with surgery, broadspectrum antibiotherapy and thermotherapy.
