Abstract

The Authors report their own experience in the management of invasive vulvar carcinoma; in particular they discuss the possibility of an original “non mutilating” surgical technique in selected cases. For the invasive-forms T1N0M0 they consider the classic operation of radical vulvectomy, for the large degree of mutilation that it determines, too disproportionate; the Authors suggest a surgical approach that respect esthetical and functional factors.
