Abstract
Two cases of hemangiopericitoma of the vulva are presented, and eventual elements that might explain the different evolutions observed are considered. Currently, it does not seem possible to differentiate forms with unfavorable evolution from the more benign forms, and this poses difficult therapeutic problems in view of the unpredictable biological behavior of this rare neoplasia.
