In spite of the actual limitations of the lymphographic diagnosis, the Authors retain its semeiological importance undoubtful, particularly if this method is supported by other radiological investigations. On the basis of their own experience the Authors conclude that radiant lymphography with phosphorus 32P permits a sterilization of the nodal micrometastases and improves the five years survival rate.
