Dear Colleagues,
The management of gynecologic cancers is challenging, especially for women with advanced or recurrent disease. Advancement in care is a new frontier that includes diagnostic tools, methods of surgical access (open or minimally invasive), pathological and molecular diagnosis, and combinations of adjuvant treatments.
This special issue covers a wide range of topics in gynecological cancer such as prevention, epidemiology, statistics, multidisciplinary treatment, surgical therapy, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and highly developed translational research. We welcome especially innovative ideas or approaches in the surgical management of gynecological cancer. Short commentaries/letters to the editor, case reports, retrospective or prospective studies, randomized trials, and narrative or systematic reviews in the field will all be featured in our special issue.
We invite researchers to address any topics related to gynecological cancers (vulval, vaginal, cervical, endometrial, tubal, ovarian, peritoneal).

Accepted papers will be published in the journal (as soon as accepted) and meanwhile listed together on the special issue website. Research articles, reviews as well as short communications are preferred. For planned papers, a title and short abstract (about 100 words) can be sent to the Editorial Office to announce on this website.
Submitted manuscripts should not have been published previously, nor be under consideration for publication elsewhere (except conference proceedings papers). All manuscripts will be thoroughly refereed through a double-blind peer-review process. Please visit the Instruction for Authors page before submitting a manuscript. The Article Processing Charge (APC) in this open access journal is 1500 USD. Submitted manuscripts should be well formatted in good English.
