Dear Colleagues,
Stillbirth is one of most devastating adverse pregnancy outcomes. Despite its high impact both for parents and care-givers, stillbirth is often overlooked as it is considered just a fatalism and remains a neglected tragedy. For this Special Issue we aim to collect research articles, reviews, and commentaries to breakdown the stigma and to provide effective coverage regarding available epidemiological data, risk factors, perinatal bereavement care, investigations on the cause of death, economic consequences, psychological implications, and prevention.
The goal of this special issue is to share knowledge regarding stillbirth to improve worldwide perinatal maternal and fetal care.
