Abstract

Our experience with electroanalgesia in obstetrics. In an average of 25% of our patients we obtained an excellent analgesic effect using the electroanalgesia according to Limoge, while in about 50% of the cases the result was modest, and the remainder did not show any reaction to the electroanalgesia. Combining the electroanal-gesia with Pethitin and Diazepam the result was decisively improved: in 55% excellent, in 35% good, in 10% mild. This was reached at the expense of a “silent” type of cardiotocogramm. The neonates were not depressed at birth. (Agpar-score equivalent to 10).
