Abstract
Cliniinical cal tritrial al with tranexamic acidin the treatment of dysfuntcional uterine bleeding. Suppositories of tranexamic acid were admi-nistered (AMCACID) to patients affected by dysfunctional uterine bleeding obtaining the nor-mality of menstruations, and a clear improvement of the blood crasis and subjective conditions. The local and systemic tolerance of the drug was very good.
